The artists

Christina Jarmolinski

Christina: „As a child I lived in Connecticut between the two large art centers of the United States: New York and Boston. I spent many summers visiting in Manhattan enjoying my excursions to the Guggenheim Museum and other art palaces, which certainly influenced me in my later studies. In 1970 I left to study in Munich, Germany. In 1978/79 I became a candidate for the Bavarian Ceramics Award, for a grant from the Region of Swabia. In the same year I studied painting in Salzburg, Austria at Oskar Kokoschka’s „School of Seeing”, thereafter Abstract Painting in Trier, Germany.”
